We have conducted approximately 30,000 training sessions over many decades with all types of people.  From this experience, we have created a program that includes a little mobility, strength and mindfulness work.  We have found that it is far more productive and beneficial to do the program at work.  We want you to break-up the workday because that is where the improved energy, clarity and creativity are most impactful.

This is a five exercise, seven minute sample of the strength building portion of our protocol.  Sweat-free, performed in our work clothing.  We'll follow-up with a few yoga postures and a quick meditation, then back to work.
